Mobile Office Specification

I. BODY CONTRUCTION DETAILS:
Body Dimension: (EXTERNAL)
Length		10,000mm

Frame Construction		All welded steel construction to specification ST 37-2 or equivalent
Chassis Extension		1100mm length extension to be connected with complete bolt and nuts to the original chassis.
External Cladding		Made of 3mm GRP sheet in white finish coated
Internal Cladding/Insulation		Left and right side wall of the body is insulated with 50mm /PU foam + 12mm plywood, 6mm MDF plywood and covered with 0.5mm and A-210 PORTLAND fabric.
Ceiling		150mm draft ceiling is insulated with 50mm/PU foam and covered with decorated wood.
Flooring		Floor is made up of 100mm panel and to be covered by washable vinyl flooring. (W500 x H80mm will be cut for the cable access.)
Side Cladding		The external cladding is made 3mm aluminum plain sheet. This is divided as a side board for storage purposes. Locks, hinges, holder and other accessories of the door will be provided.
Side Door(s)		One (1) standard door will be provided. A main entrance/exit with sliding manual stairs will be provided. Locks, hinges, holder and other accessories of the door will be provided.
Door extension		One (1) door access at extension room with manual sliding stairs.
Rear Door		One (1) rear double leaf door that made of MS tube and plate. Locks, hinges, holder and other accessories of the door will be provided. Sliding stair will be provided.
Access Door/windows		Doors are provided with complete locks, hinges and to be driven by the gas spring. (see attached drawing)
Roof Reinforcement		Re-enforcement will be made as per the part which in need to fix.
Body Edges		It will be covered with aluminum angles and trim.
Ladder & Rails		Made up of stainless steel pipe and it is fixed on rear side. Rails will be fixed on the top.
Hydraulic Jack		Four (4) pcs hydraulic jack with the complete accessories will be fixed on under the body. Two (2) jacks on the front and two (2) jacks on the rear side.
PTO & PUMP		60-80cc capacity, maximum pressure of 280 bars and continues pressure is 190 bars will be provided.
Control Lever		Four levers will be provided. One for front jack, one for rear jack, one for sliding platform jack. (Note: Remote control will be installed as per customer request.)
Hydraulic Hose		All hoses will be mounted under chassis and made of rubber.
III. OB ROOM ACCESSORIES DETAILS:
Other Accessories		Four (4) 2kg fire extinguisher
		Air deflector (Note: To be re-confirmed by the client.)
		Racks (Note: Dimension and design must be decided by the client.)
		Tables (Note: Dimension and design must be decided by the client.)
IV. ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
Lights		Original Rear lights, backing lights, and rear signal lights will be utilized.
		Four (4) 220V tube lights and twelve (12) 220V dimmable ceiling lights with will be provided.
		Six (6) spot lights will be provided. Two (2) on the rear, left and right side.
Wiring		Supply wiring will be added for the mechanical and electrical accessories.
Supply		o Supply from Shoreline (external source) through 3-pole CEE-plug
Supply		o Original battery will be utilized.
Safety		o One (1) distribution box with all the breakers on one of the right hand side cabin inside the working area will be provided
		o One (1) master power switch will be provided (Generator, Shoreline, & Off)
		o One (1) Earth grounding block will be provided to connect to the chassis/ground
Shoreline		One connector will be provided for external source
Painting		One (1) coat of epoxy primer and Two (2) coats of finish paint for the body. One (1) coat/s of Finish paint ( color must be decided by client)
