I. BODY CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:
CAPACITY	2x16 TON BOGIE AXLE – FLAT BED SEMI TRAILER
Body Construction	All welded steel construction to specification ASTM Gr. A36 / S 275JR/ S37-2 or Equivalent.
Body Dimension	Length: 12,300mm. (40’ FEET)
Body Dimension	Width: 2,560mm.
Chassis	Madeup of 67 Kg/m. IPE / UB Goosh neck type beam with 12mm. Plate for King pin / 12mm.Doubler plate, cross members at middle 5mm. Both Sides 6mm.MS Plate at equal distance. Sides/Front & Rear Raves by JIS/UPN 180x70x8mm. UPN Heavy duty Channel to Beam.
Platform	4mm MS Chequered plate mounted on above cross member frame.
Head Board	Removable type Head board with Basket for Tarpaulin shall be provided at height 1500 mm.

King Pin	2” interchangeable with 3.5” Make: JOST Germany / GF
Tires & Rims	Double Tires – 8+1 Nos. 12.00 R 24” with suitable 8.5” x 24” Disc Rims.
III. ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
	7 pin way quick release connector, Pair of 24 Volts rear light units, each comprising tail light, brake and signal lights.
